Are your products self-produced or OEM?

Nauzha always puts the quality of our products as our top priority.
All of our products are self-developed and self-produced.

Can I order samples and how about sample size?

Absolutely, it is always right to make your decision cautiously. Each of our product pages has the option to order samples, and we can provide A4 size samples for your reference.

What material are your products made of?

Nauzha has always focused on providing safe, environmentally friendly, high quality and cost effective products to every customer through the latest technology. We are also constantly looking for a more perfect interpretation for our main product, Chinoiserie Wallpaper Mural.

Therefore, we have decided to upgrade our product line completely starting from October 2021. Only two high-end materials will be available for sale, NAUZHA-SILKTM material and Leaf material.

After a long period of investment in research and development, and dedication to product excellence. We are confident that our products will impress more customers. The characteristics of the two materials are described in detail as follows.

Are your products environmentally friendly? Are there any harmful substances?

Please rest assured that our materials used in our products are absolutely environmentally friendly and non toxic, PVC-free. And we always take responsibility for our customers and our employees by never containing harmful substances and having no unpleasant odors.

 

Can Nauzha wallpaper be applied in the bathroom?Can Nauzha wallpaper be applied in the bathroom?

Our gold, silver and champagne leaf (foil) products have a patented technology that makes them waterproof. For example, they can be used in the bathroom since we have a waterproof layer on the surface of the product to avoid water to destroy the picture.
In addition, NAUZHA SILKTM material products are not waterproof and please do not put them in a wet place such as a bathroom.

How do I clean the wallpaper?

For gold, silver and champagne leaf (foil) products, you can simply wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
For NAUZHA SILKTM material products, you can wipe with a dry sponge gently.

What modifications can be made to the customized products?

We can provide customized modifications for product size and color (‘Nauzha standard color swatch book’ are available for choice which could match Pantone colors, NCS colors, RAL colors, and can fully meet your professional requirements for colors).

Can you do special dimension wallpaper for me?

Yes, we can make modifications according to your custom size.

May I change the background color?

Yes, You can modify any of the colors by reference to our color swatch book.

Are your products traditional wallpaper or peel and stick wallpaper?

Our products are traditional wallpaper. Which is made in a same way as classic Chinoiserie wallpaper in the 18th century. And wallpaper adhesives are required as well. Meanwhile, the wallpaper mural is made up of several standard size panels stitched together.

When hanging your products, shall the adhesive be applied to the wall or to the wallpaper?

Our product is designed to apply adhesive to the wall.

Can your wallpaper mural be infinitely extended?

Yes, it does. Our products can be used on a wall or in a whole room, and can be used in a variety of different room sizes.

How long can wallpaper last for?

In the past, the problems of peeling, swelling, wrinkling and mildew kept emerging after a long period of use, followed by troublesome renovation work.
Nauzha is committed to changing the pain points, after technical investment such as thickened paper backing, etc., under normal environment, the life cycle of products can completely achieve no less than tile or paint.

How about the lead time usually take from the time I place an order?When can I receive my order?

Our standard products will be shipped within 3 working days after the order is placed.
Our custom products will be shipped within 10 working days after the order is placed.
In case of holidays, the delivery time will be delayed accordingly.
In addition, please refer to the shipping options stated in the table below for specific shipping time.
 
How can I track my order?
When the courier is sent out, we will inform you the tracking number in time, you can check the shipping status of your order by entering the tracking number through the 'TRACK ORDER' interface on our website.
